Your access to and use of integral-lighting.com is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who wish to access or use integral-lighting.com. By accessing or using integral-lighting.com you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you do not have permission to access integral-lighting.com.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.
We guarantee the quality of all of our products. When you order from Integral Lighting, you are assured that our fixtures and lighting accessories are of the highest quality. We ask that you notify us of problems by the next business day after receipt of your order. Returned, unopened products are subject to a restocking fee. In no event will any replacement or refund constitute an admission of any kind by Integral Lighting. We reserve the right to fully investigate claims that we believe may be unfounded or fraudulent.
We process and ship orders the same day if your order was placed before 12:00 PM EST. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped the following business day. Orders will be processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST, excluding holidays).
Please call 800.861.1364 to place an order that requires international shipping. Integral Lighting ships internationally via United Parcel Service (UPS) and US Postal Service International (USPS). Additional shipping fees apply to international shipments.
When you create an account with us, you guarantee that the information you provide us is accurate, complete and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on integral-lighting.com. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content or cancel orders in our sole discretion.
integral-lighting.com and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Integral Lighting and its licencors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Integral Lighting.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
