At Integral Lighting, we believe in our products. If your Integral Lighting or Pavelux® fixture has any defect as the result of the materials or workmanship, we will make it right.

Within 30 days of your purchase, return the product to your distributor and they will repair or replace it. Within 5 years of your purchase, return the product directly to us and we will repair or replace it. If, after 10 years of use, you experience an issue, return the product to us and we will repair it. You just pay for the parts.

Our warranty does not cover accident, abuse, mishandling, vandalism, unauthorized modifications or repair, normal wear or routine maintenance. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

No more fine print or stipulations like other manufacturers. We simply stand behind our products.

In the event that you require warranty service, please fill out this form (including pictures). All warranty and repair issues are determined on a case-by-case basis. We will make every attempt to ensure your concern is handled in a professional manner in accordance with our Lifetime Limited Warranty.
